Pre-Sale Information​

RACKMASK partners with ZIMI, utilizing their manufacturing for all masks. Our models offer identical protection to their ZIMI counterparts.

Key Notes:​

1. Product Structure:
   • Most RACKMASK masks sold are filters only​ (frame not included).
   • The 9541H (M size) trial pack​ (sold individually) includes a frame.

3. Available Models:
   • KN100: 9233H (M size)
   • KN95: 8210 (L size), 9541 (M size), 7711 (S size), 95SH (XXS size)
4. Account Registration:
   • Use a valid email address. If no confirmation email arrives, try an alternate address.
   • RACKMASK emails are only sent for registrations and order updates. Check your spam folder if missing, and whitelist @rackmask.com.
5. Shipping Policy:
   • We deliver to most regions in Europe, North America, and Oceania.
   • Orders are capped at ≤8 items per shipment​ (limits vary by country) to ensure safe transit.
   • If shipping fees don’t display:

     → Reduce item quantity until rates appear.

     → For single-item orders with no rates, contact us to explore shipping options.

6. Packaging:
   • Each mask is individually sealed.
   • Shipments use reinforced cartons + waterproof inner bags—masks remain protected even if the outer box is damaged.
